HISTORY
Introduced as an improved 21 to except either of the new British V8 engines in 1962. In May when the Lotus 25 was introduced it became clear to all it was a stop gap and a customer car,. Seven with Climax and five with BRM engined cars were made. Parnell assembled further cars.
The 24’s were found on F1 grids through to the end of 1964 with many entrants and many liveries.
THE MODEL
The kit includes lightweight precision moulded body/driver with two optional rear sections so either BRM or Climax versions can be made. Vac formed screen, white metal choice of exhausts, roll hoop, gearbox, wheel inserts and mirrors. Team Lotus, 40 black, 40 white numbers and roundel decals.
