Ninco sprung guide part no 80106, Scalextric guide no G21 and slotted wooden track guide no SICH07. 1) Cut the front, rear and guide plate components from the frame and from each other with cutters, strong blade or dremmel. File off any rough remains of tags. 2) Note always fold towards the etched fold line fig (1). Working along the sides with a pair of pliers ease up the side rails of the chassis in two or three gentle stages until the sides are 90’ to the base fig (2) 3) Do the same to the rear plate and clip pegs on side rails into holes in rear plate. (On chassis with rear body mounting hole bend tag down to form 90’ to rear plate) 4) Fold up side of front chassis as at (2) above 5) Fold up guide mounting as shown both upright faces first. Fold over top face so that peg on left side clips into hole in top face. 6) Slide guide mounting plate into rear half of chassis. 7) Slide chassis front half into rear half and bend over locating tags on rear half 8) Adjust to correct wheelbase and select your desired guide position before inserting the screw from underneath and tighten nut down from above.
